HEATER MANUFACTURING METHOD

putting nichrome line into a center frame, the nichrome line being wound in a shape of snake by a winding unit; providing the center frame with mixture of sand of 55~60%, agalmatolite of 15~20%, clay of 8~10%, white clay of 3~5%, and sawdust of 5% at high temperature; making it dry under the shade for 24 hours; taking it out of the frame; and manufacturing a magnetic heater at high temperature of 1100~1200deg. C.
