PURPOSE: To improve heating efficiency by eliminating connection piping laid between a motor-driven refrigerant compressor and a refrigerant-water heat exchanger for restraining a heat release loss from the piping, and using waste heat from the motor of the compressor as a heating energy source. CONSTITUTION: A projected section 70 formed on the sealed type housing 60 of a motor-driven refrigerant compressor 18, and a recessed section 91 formed on the sealed type housing 80 of a refrigerant-water heat exchanger 19 are connected to each other, so as to be freely detachable. Also, the delivery port 21 of the compressor 18 is formed within the section 70 and a communication port 92 continuous to the port 21 is formed in the section 91. Furthermore, the compressor 18 is provided with a cooling water passage 66 for absorbing the waste heat of an electric motor section 62 into cooling water, and cooling water after passing through the passage 66 is introduced to the cooling water flow passage 82 of the heat exchanger 19, thereby exchanging heat with a high temperature refrigerant therein. |
