PURPOSE: To obtain a readily drinkable and tasty mugwort juice for a healthy beverage, capable of manifesting remarkable pharmacodynamic effects on gastroenteropathy, women's diseases, hypertension, etc., assuming light sweetness even without adding a food additive or other seasonings thereto and enjoying the flavor of a mugwort and suitable for mass productivity at a low cost. CONSTITUTION: Mixing and crushing of 100 pts.wt. new buds containing a large amount of water-soluble polysaccharides of a mugwort and leaf parts and stem parts with 0-500 pts.wt. water are carried out and the juice part is separated from a solid part and used as an ingredient thereof. |
