The method provides the stem of an electronic beam assembly attaching a plurality of lead pins which is prepared by fusing a plurality of pin materials between narrow tube and wide tube. The method comprises the steps of : classifying the lead pins in accordance with thickness and length, and separating the thickness and the length of the pin materials corresponding to each groups.
