ELECTRIC MOTOR AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PURPOSE: To provide an electric motor which is suitable for the automation of its manufacture, because electrical parts can be easily connected, and the manufacturing method of the motor. CONSTITUTION: In an electric motor provided with a speed reducer in a detachable gear cover, a choke coil 22 and connecting plate 20 are connected to each other by pushing one pressing member 30 through the opening of the gear cover and heating the coil 22 and plate 20 by utilizing the heat generated by the resistances of the coil 22 and plate 20 by making a large current flow to the coil 22 and plate 20 for a short period by using the members 30 and 30 as electrodes while the coil 22 and plate 20 are pressed against each other with another pressing member 30 moved toward the member 30.
