PURPOSE: To form a size with a stirring effect and shearing effect much higher than those of conventional devices by a main tank alone. CONSTITUTION: Stirring vanes 2a having plural pieces of vanes are fixed to a shaft 2b supported freely rotatably in the bottom of the tank 1 and a disk 3 radially provided with many pieces of teeth 7 having a spacingδfrom the rear surface of the stirring vanes 2a is mounted at the bottom of the tank. Further, the inner side face of the tank is provided with one to plural pieces of the baffles 4a each having a triangular section and further, the base of the tank is also provided with one to plural pieces of the baffles having the same structure. The rear surface of the stirring vanes 2a is formed flat or is formed with teeth at the angle intersecting with the teeth 7 of the disk 3 and the spacingδbetween the stirring vanes 2a and the disk 3 is made freely adjustable.
