The invention relates to a polymer mixture which is suitable for manufacturing non-kinking hoses and which contains A 99-50% by weight of a polar ethene copolymer which has a melt index of less than 10 and B 1-50% by weight of a polar ethene copolymer which has a melt index of more than 100. Preferably, the polymer A is an ethene/hydroxyethyl methacrylate/vinyl acetate terpolymer (E/VA/HEMA) and the polymer B is an ethene/vinyl acetate copolymer (E/VA).
