METHOD OF PREPARING ORGANIC STRUCTURAL MATERIAL BASED ON FLAX SHIVE

FIELD: building industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves the stage of preliminary hydrolysis of peeled flax shive in an aqueous solution of preserving agent - sodium hydroxide at concentration 5% (not above) for 288-300 K followed by flax shive grinding by method of defibering at the following ratio of components, wt.-%: dry flax shive 15-17; aqueous solution of preserving agent 83-85 for 1-12 hr. Then calibration of shive-fibrous mass through sieve (hole diameter is 0.5 mm), forming and drying were carried out. Proposed material can be used for finishing material making, in agriculture, etc. EFFECT: improved method of material preparing.
