FIELD: power engineering; elimination of surge voltages in 6-35 kV lines caused by insulated neutral condition. SUBSTANCE: method involves installation of current-carrying member 2 in ceramic plate 1, assembly of resistance element 6, and finishing of resistor; current-carrying member 2 is placed in damp ceramic plate 1 in layer-by-layer manner simultaneously with its assembly followed by annealing of resistance element 6.
