FIELD: powder metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: method involves forming fluidized bed in metal to be dispersed by interaction between current running through metal and current running through return conductor. Fluidized bed is formed by means of apparatus having return conductor positioned bifilar with respect to metal layer to be treated and movable pressure members positioned in opposed relation with respect to electrodes along regions of metal to be dispersed.
