FIELD: treatment of hot process gases obtained at high-temperature processes in circulating reactors with fluidized layer. SUBSTANCE: reactor 10 has mixing chamber 12, particle separator 16 and return passage 18 for return of circulating mass from particle separator to mixing chamber. Return hole 214 of return passage is so located that flow of solid particles entering the mixing chamber through this hole is directed downward. Inlet passage 22 for hot process gas is located at such position that hot process gas should enter the mixing chamber as flow directed upward so that solid particle flow should get in contact with gas flow.
