FIELD: chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: method involves the hydrothermal growing from the quartz charge in alkaline medium under high pressure and temperature on the seeding plates of different orientation followed by thermic working of obtained crystals which is carried out in the combined production cycle at 480-600 C directly in the same reaction chamber where synthesis is occurred being without autoclave opening.
