摘要 FIELD: mass-exchange columns for gas (vapor)/fluid interaction; gas absorption, rectification, washing; chemical, oil-chemical, gas industries. SUBSTANCE: grid column includes vertical vessel. Tiers of outward-flow perforated grids are arranged inside the vessel and made in the form of cones with apexes directed upward. Generatrix is inclined to horizon at acute angle. The grids are perforated in the form of arched slots with convex directed upward. The apexes are arranged in concentric circuits. Inward perforated grids are made in the form of cones with apexes directed downward and placed between outward grids. Generatrix is inclined to horizon at an angle twice as large as that of outward grids. Perforation is made in the form of arched slots with convex directed upward. Axes of the apexes are inclined to generatrices at acute angle from periphery to the center towards the same direction. Apertures for fluid draining by gravity are provided in the centers of inward-flow grids. Deflecting perforated discs in the form of truncated cones are placed over outward-flow grids. Large bases of the cones are directed upward. Outer diameters of the cones come in touch with column walls. Cone perforation is made in the form of arched slots with convex directed upward. Axes of the slots are inclined at acute angle to radius from periphery to the center towards the same direction. Deflecting perforated cones are installed over inward-flow grids. The apexes of the cones are directed upward. Generatrices are inclined to horizon at an angle lower than that at outward-flow grids. Outer diameters of the cones being smaller than vessel internal diameter. Baffle cone perforation is made in the form of arched slots with convex directed upward. Axes of the slots are inclined at acute angle to generatrix from the center toward periphery towards the same direction. EFFECT: improved mass exchange between gas (vapor) and fluid at the expense of decreased lengthwise fluid agitation on a plate, and increased driving force of the mass exchange process.
