FIELD: leather industry, staining-greasing processes. SUBSTANCE: method involves the additional tanning semifinished product with chrome tanning agent, staining, greasing and additional tanning with synthetic tanning agents. Before neutralization semifinished product is treated additionally with chrome-containing protein hydrolyzate at amount 3.5-4.5% of semifinished product mass at 40-45 C for 50-60 min and additional tanning with synthetic tanning agents is carried out in the presence of chrome tanning agent at their ratio (1.0-1.5): 1. Method can be used for production of elastic leather from cattle raw for shoe top making. EFFECT: improved leather quality. |
