FIELD: domestic equipment, and namely, devices for washing and cleaning of living spaces, commuter and passenger trains, river and sea ships, motor transport, etc. SUBSTANCE: the swab uses a bar with an appliance for twisting and attachment of the washing element, the latter is a springy branch pipe rigidly secured on the bar with a limiter and pin for attachment of one of the ends of the washing element, zigzag handle with a means for attachment of the other end of the washing element, passed through a bushing limiting the springy branch pipe, and a catch made as a springy plate with shoulders and a longitudinal groove engageable with the branch pipe limiter and enveloping the branch pipe and handle; besides, the zigzag handle is made as a rod mounted at an obtuse angle to the bar axis with a "hockey bandy profile".
