FIELD: lighting engineering. SUBSTANCE: this lamp can be used in sets conducting photostimulating processes where high-power radiation is required. Lamp has two coaxially installed cylindrical tubes made of dielectric transparent on working length of wave, two metal electrodes placed coaxially. One of them is located on outer surface of external tube, the other one - on inner surface of internal tube. Lamp also has pumping generator connected to both electrodes. Space between tubes filled with gas. Butts of external tube are sealed tight and are connected to internal tube with the aid of two ring electrodes coupled in pairs to metal electrodes.
