FIELD: apparatuses for conduction of the processes of treatment with liquids of capillary-porous particles, for instance, impregnation, washing, extraction and leaching applicable in chemical, chemical-and-pharmaceutical, food, wood chemical, hydrometallurgical and other industries. SUBSTANCE: apparatus for treatment of capillary-porous particles with liquids has one or more similar bodies, exciter of pressure fluctuations, and process branch pipes. Each body accommodates symmetrically located similar chambers containing treated suspension and having bottoms permeable for liquids. Chambers are connected with one another in their bottom parts. Chambers are plugged from atop and, at least, one of them is connected with the pressure fluctuation exciter. The latter is double-acting unit and chambers are reversible so that while one chambers operate, the other are engaged in loading-unloading operations. The method of the apparatus operation consists in provision in the apparatus bodies asymmetric pressure fluctuations whose amplitude of variable component is preset equal or close to the value of the permanent component, and frequency of pressure fluctuations is equal or close to the natural fluctuations of suspension in the apparatus.
