FIELD: cleaning of domestic fecal effluents, animal life refuse and wood scrap, vegetable waste; may be found useful for Arctic regions and remote areas where diesel fuel delivery presents difficulty. SUBSTANCE: farming-product bioelectric power plant has housing with partitions for hydraulic-, acid-, acid-regression-, and alkali-fermentation chambers, mixing device placed in housing, such as tank with perforated partitions forming compartments with granular abrasive immobilizing fill provided with perforated cover mounted in antifriction bearings, engageable with reciprocating motion source and communicating with substrate; alkali- fermentation chamber communicates for biogas and mash with methane- fermentation chamber and the latter, with gas holder and biogas liquifying plant; liquid methane communicates through mixer with diesel-electric power plant; methane-fermentation chamber is vertical case with perforated crosswise partitions with movable perforated partitions inbetween engageable with source of their reciprocating movement; bottom surfaces of movable and fixed partitions are provided with immobilizing fibers; ends of fibers of preceding partition are engageable with upper surface of next one; lower compartment of methane-fermentation chamber communicates through its outlet with diesel engine and through mash path, with microfilter; the latter communicates for biomass with diesel-generator set and for disintegrated agent, with upper compartment of methane-fermentation chamber.
