FIELD: sewage cleaning. SUBSTANCE: proposed aeration system of aeration tanks has air collector with holes located at bottom of aeration tank, water collector with hydrodynamic gas distributing devices thanks to self-suction of it from air collector communicating with atmosphere, by hydrodynamic distributing devices through which water is pumped. Given system makes it possible to get rid of traditional, not very reliable, difficult in operation, expensive gas blowers having great energy consumption and to produce maximal gas saturation with lesser energy consumption as compared with widely used methods. It also excludes loss of normal operation because of overgrowing with microflora. System structure is not subject to negative effects of pneumo and water hammers.
