FIELD: woodworking factories, integrated house-building complexes, saw mills. SUBSTANCE: energy saving complex has substrate mixer 1 which is brought in communication with hydrolytic fermentation chamber 2, acid fermentation chamber 3, neutral fermentation chamber 4 and alkali fermentation chamber 5 provided with AZINE 6; complex is also provided with mixing device 7. Alkali fermentation chamber 5 is brought in communication (by mash and biogas) with methane fermentation chamber 8 provided with horizontal slotted perforated plates 9 which form flow sections 10 and fermentation sections 11. The latter are provided with AZINE 12 and blow sections 10 are provided with spiral inserts 13 and tangential inlet 14 communicated with gas supply manifold 15. Upper fermentation section 11 is brought in communication (by biogas) with motor 17 of drive of electric generator 18 through condenser 16. Motor 17 of drive of electric generator 18 is brought in communication with gas supply manifold 15 by biomethane combustion products; lower fermentation section 11 is brought in communication with microfilter 19 and with disintegrator 20 by biomass of methanogens and with upper fermentation section 11 of methane fermentation chamber 8 by disintegrate; microfilter 19 of methane fermentation chamber is brought in communication with additional methane fermentation chamber 21 ; gas supply manifold 22 of chamber 21 is brought in communication with furnace 24 (by combustion products) through waste-heat boiler 23. Arranged above furnace 24 is solid waste bin 25; discharge device 27 is located under fire grate 26; discharge device 27 is brought in communication with feeder 28 of neutral fermentation chamber 4.
