FIELD: alloys. SUBSTANCE: proposed alloy is used for making heat-resistant reaction pipes in units for ethylene, hydrogen, ammonia production at temperature working range 700-1100 C, under pressure below 46 atm. Alloy has the following components, wt.-%: carbon 0.20-0.45; silicon 1.00-2.50; manganese 0.80-1.50; chrome 23-27; nickel 18-22; sulfur 0.03 (not above); phosphorus 0.03 (not above), and iron - the rest. EFFECT: enhanced quality of alloy. |
