发明名称 METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING AROMATIC POLYAMIDE FILM
摘要 Lewis acid compounds(BF3, BCl3, AlCl3, FeCl2, FeCl3 ,HgCl2) are dissolved in amide group solvent, urea group solvent or mixed amide-urea group solvent to increase the solubility of polymerizing solvent. This solubility increases the viscosity of final product, isotropic characteristics which reduce the specific direction fibril development of polymer. Inorganic salt(CaCl2, LiCl ,NaCl, KCl, LiBr, or KBr) is added to this solvent to increase solubility and molcular weight. Aromatic diamine and aromatic diacidchloride are polymerized in low temp. and produce optical aeolotropic liquid cristal polymer sol.. This polymer sol. is formed to a film an glass plate. Film is heated to 40-150 deg.C for 1-30 sec. and changed to optical isotropic polymer. Washing and drying process follows to produce aromatic polyamid film.
