The lock remote control system has a monitoring device placed in a room of the building. The system includes a controller (3) which is programmed to allow the door to be opened during predetermined periods. A timer (2) is actuated by the controller at the beginning of those periods, to generate, during the periods, successive opening signals at a desired frequency. A controlled switching system (CC) is actuated by the timer. The switching system has at least one contact able to be connected on the remote control circuit, in parallel with the monitoring device, to open the lock during the emission of the opening signals.
