A refrigerating pump (11) compresses gas through a pipe (12) to the distributor (13) of a heating unit which consists of a number of elements (16). Each element (16) is controlled by a thermostat (15) located in a part of the area to be heated and an electromagnetic valve (14). The refrigerant is passed from the heating unit exit collection (17) through a reducing valve (18) to the evaporator (19) from where it returns to the pump (11). A pressure sensor (20) detects when the number of heating elements closed requires lower pressure and then runs the pump (11) at a lower speed.
