The assembly consists of a tube with a threaded male end (2B) on its outside wall which cooperates with a female threaded circular end (2A) provided on the internal face of a circular hole provided in the other tube. This method of assembly also enables a seal to be formed by the use of conical mating surfaces (3,4). The threaded lengths are determined to allow the external face (3) of the male part with the male thread (2B), during the screwing action, to mate up against a the mating support face (4) found at the bottom of the hole. These two faces form a conical seal whose generatrices are slightly inclined in relation to the radial plane (R).
