Appts. for treatment of tissue layers by laser beam

The appts. consists of a laser source and a deflector system with two rotating mirrors for generation of a circular deflection pattern, with the mirrors performing a circular deflection motion. The appts. has a further rotating mirror (20). This mirror (which is located after the first two) also performs a circular deflection motion. Pref. all three mirrors produce an approximately 90 deg deflection of the laser beam. Relative to their axis of rotation, these mirrors are oriented at an angle which slightly differs from 90 deg . The appts. also includes a diaphragm located after one of the mirrors, in particular, after the last mirror. The front surface of such a diaphragm is reflexive. There is at least one lens located after one of the mirrors.
