This invention applies to oil processing. In order to simplify the technological scheme, reduce the input of energy, the oil is partly desalted in the first stage of the electrical dehydrator, alkalised before the second stage, the compound, consisting out of the flow of oil from the first stage, hydrogen alkali solvent and the cold flow of crude oil is poured into the second stage of the electrical dehydrator. The cold crude oil comprises of 0.004-0.012 parts of the main flow of the desalted oil.
