FIELD: leather industry, staining-greasing processes. SUBSTANCE: method involves additional tanning semifinished product with chrome tanning agent, neutralization, additional tanning with synthetic tanning agents, the first stage of staining and greasing and the second stage of staining. Before neutralization semifinished product is treated additionally with chrome-containing protein hydrolyzate at amount 4-5% of semifinished product mass. The first staining stage is carried out before additional tanning with synthetic tanning agents at the liquid coefficient value 0.3-0.4, at 20-25 C. Additional tanning with synthetic tanning agents is carried out in the presence of plant tanning agents at their consumption 4-5% and 2-3% of semifinished product mass, respectively (as measured for tanning agents and tannins). Method can be used for chrome leather production in shoe top making. EFFECT: improved quality of thickened leather. |
