FIELD: medicine; traumatology and orthopedics; applicable in surgical treatment of fractures and false joints of the femur neck. SUBSTANCE: device for osteosynthesis of femur proximal end has diaphysial cover plate with holes, conductor and fixing members. Novelty includes semicylindrical hollow made in the upper part of cover plate. Semicylindrical hollow forms together with one of cylindrical holes of the conductor, guide recess for changeable bushings. One of the changeable bushings has one central and, at least, two side holes for stop wires, and the other has one central hole for cylindrical bone graft and also the second hole of the conductor to receive rod-wood screw located parallel to the first hole and coaxial with the cover plate hole. EFFECT: prevented rotation of fragments in introduction of rod-wood screw into the femur head and provision of stable fixation of fragments in the process of treatment. |
