<p>An automatic kebab making machine including holders (1) with recesses (1a) for receiving the ingredients. Said holders interact with at least one skewering system (5) for inserting a skewer or spike into each recess (1a), thereby driving it through the ingredients to form a kebab. Each recess (1a) is generally rectangular and defines a space that can be filled completely with ingredients such as pieces of meat and/or vegetables and/or fruit. The length, breadth and depth of the recess substantially match the size of the kebab to be prepared, and the ends of the recess (1a) communicate with notches (1b, 1c) for holding a skewer (P).</p> |
