In formula(I), (II) and (III), R is C1-C4 alkyl group, C2-C4 alkenyl group, arylalkyl group or aryl group. R2 is phenyl group which can have one or more selected replacement group from H, C1-C4 alkyl group or not fixed position halogen, nitro group and methyl group. R3 is H, methyl group, ethyl group or phenyl group. R4 is methyl group or ethyl group. Methylene maloneite derivatives of formula(III) react with ditiocarbazeite derivatives of formula(II) to get the formula(I) compound under a reaction, which solvent is ethanol, tetrahydrofurane or methylenedicloride. Base used in reaction is alkali metal(C1-C5) alkoxide or 3rd amine. Compound is used as a herbcide.
