Framing device for flat picture

The framing device is for a flat picture (1), eg. a photograph or painting. It has a transparent cover (2) on one side together with several pieces of the frame (3), the frame sections are located around the transparent section and the whole assembly is made up using a metal profile section (4). This profile surrounds at least the edge regions of the frame as well as the transparent part and the picture. The profile takes the form of a soldered copper structure which is preformed as a U-shape.
