The system comprises a coated support carrier, into which needles etc. can be inserted. The coating is formed by a printed and/or written foil, sheet of paper etc. The supporting carrier is of soft-elastic, rollable material, pref. of foamed plastics. The support carrier coating exposed side is typically sticky. The rear side may form a skin, or may be lined with flexible plastics. Both sides may be lined with a protection foil. The rear side may contain a raster of orthogonal grooves, extending parallel to the carrier edges.
