An improvement of the electrostatic filters with Volta-effect, for first-class conductors, for the deionization of the ashes of cigarettes and similar, wherein said improvement simplifies, at industrial level, the realization of said electrostatic filters with Volta-effect and eliminates the actual use of the so-called cellulose silkworm used for the realization of the cigarette filters. The improvement provides the realization of conductor blades obtained by means of painting with natural graphite in colloidal solution; the realization of internal electrodes, electrically non-conductor and made such only on their lateral surface by metallizing or by painting with colloidal graphite and, furthermore, by means of a pre-realization of sandwiches having the double function of bi-couple devices and replacing the external paper of the actual filters. |
