Invention applies to construction finishing materials. The main difference in solving this problem is the fact that separate component grinding, melting and mixing are united into a single technology operation and the joint grinding in a ball mill. This allows it to avoid the preliminary preparation of the separate components, i.e. the fine grinding of materials used for the aggregates and pigments and silicate block melting in an autoclave.
