Formula I peptides:A-B-C-E-F-K-(D)-Tic-G-M-F'-Iwhere A is hydrogen, alkyl, alkanoyl, alkoxycarbonyl, alkylsulfonyl, cycloalkyl, aryl, arylsulfonyl, heteroaryl or amino acid that in case of need may contain substitutes,B is basic amino acid,C is di- or tripeptide,E is remnant aliphatic of alicyclically-aliphatic acid,F is amino acid or a direct combination, independently of each other in case of need containing substitutes in a side chain,G is amino acid,F' has the same meanings as the F or may be -NH-(CH2)2-8<-> or a direct combine,I is -OH, -NH2 or -NHC2H5 andK is a remnant or a direct combination of -NH-(CH2)1-4-CO- distinguished by an antagonistic effect to the bradykinin. Their therapy effect covers various pathogenic states that are stimulated, caused and sustained by the bradykinin and bradykinin allied peptides. Formula I peptides are produced by known peptide synthesis methods.
