FIELD: fat and oil industry, medicine, plant medicinal preparations. SUBSTANCE: method of oil cake preparing from gourd seeds involves their peeling, sorting, milling, drying and pressing. Seed height in the process of drying is 250-300 mm, at 60-80 C for 8-12 min to the humidity value 10-12%. Then mass is placed into tank-feeder where temperature is maintained 60-80 C, pressed and post-pressed oil cake is obtained at temperature 90 C, not above. EFFECT: improved method of preparing. |
