FIELD: medicine; foot surgery. SUBSTANCE: ligaments of tarsal and anterior tarsal tunnels are dissected that leads to reduction of the pressure onto the innervations of the foot. Further on, for more full decompression, revision of neurovascular elements is performed and remaining elements of compression are eliminated. This makes it possible to prevent trophic disturbances in tissues. EFFECT: increased efficiency of treatment. |
