installing a formed wafer in the probe system by a die; finding out the faulty die in the test system connected to the probe system; storing the inking data displaying the position of the faulty die in the store system; installing the tested wafer in the inking system; transferring a number data of the installed wafer to the store system via the intermediary system; transferring the inking data displaying the position of the faulty die corresponding to the wafer number in the store system to the inking system; and inking the faulty die on the basis of data received from the inking system. The online inking system can prevent the inking error resulting from the use of a disk.
