FIELD: casting production, mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: during casting rods and moulds production they use continuous cyclical process of casting rods and moulds according to opposite flow rotor scheme. Method provides for mould mixture loading into fitting with following blowing it through with gas-hardener, after which operation of blowing residual hardener out with neutral gas is following. Method is distinguished for fact, that blowing through and blowing out are exercised through row of in series connected "n" fittings with "n" - equal or more than two. After blowing out first fitting in the row in respect to entrance of hardener flow is filled with fresh mixture and placed at end of row of fittings, moving at the same time all the rest fittings by one position closer in respect to hardener flow entrance with following hardener blowing through and blowing the sequence of fittings out. The cycle is repeated multiply. EFFECT: decrease usage of hardener, increased strength of rods and moulds, improved sanitary conditions of labour. |
