FIELD: oil and gas industry, oil processing industry, petrochemistry. SUBSTANCE: method is carried out by treatment of raw materials with elementary sulfur, its quantity being 0.5-1.5 moles per 1 mole of mercaptan sulfur. The process takes place at 15-60 C in the presence of ammonia or organic amine, its quantity being 0.001-0.3 mass % of raw material mass. Elementary sulfur is fed into raw materials in its soluble form, e.g. as solution of sulfur in oil, gas condensate or in their fraction having high boiling temperature. Benzylamine, dimethyl alkyl amines C-C,, trialkyl amines C-C,, polyethylene polyamines, ethanolamine, methyl diethanolamine or their mixture are used as mentioned above organic amine. EFFECT: improves efficiency of method. |
