FIELD: cold rolled steel of high electromagnetic properties. SUBSTANCE: treated thermally or not hot-rolled strips of up to 2.5 mm thickness are cold rolled to the final thickness. Once cold working has finished, strips are degreased, washed out, and subject to decarburizing annealing in through-type furnace at 800 - 1050 C temperature in nitrogen/hydrogen atmosphere with decreased relationship of steam amount to hydrogen amount ranging from 0.26 to 0.006 within temperature range from 800 to 1050 C. Cooling down to 750 - 780 C intermediate temperature in moist nitrogen/hydrogen atmosphere is provided at 60 - 90 degres per minute rate with relationship of steam amount to hydrogen amount rising from minimum value to one close to maximum, and then at arbitrary rate to ambient temperature. EFFECT: steel of high quality. |
