SUBSTANCE: during execution of mobilization of the lumbar part of the vertebral column, it is suggested to additionally stand the patient on his one foot on the floor and the other foot is raised and stretched, while the torso is inclined to assume the horizontal position. The operator takes the raised lower extremity at its base near the talocrural part. Additionally, the operator takes the patient's neck from the back side and thrusts with his bent leg (knee) the patient lumbar part and moves it in the horizontal plane to himself the gripped lower extremity and neck. When taking the patient's neck, the operator raises his hand to the shoulder level bends it in the elbow, presses to himself, and hand for gripping the patient's neck from the back side, turns to the patient's neck side. EFFECT: higher efficiency. |
