FIELD: grain-processing industry, agriculture. SUBSTANCE: housing is suspended to bed-plate on tractions. Receiving branch pipe is rigidly attached to bed-plate. Housing comprises upper horizontal disk rigidly attached to receiving branch pipe and having inlet hole in the center, and lower horizontal disk fastened coaxially on vertical slot shaft for simultaneous circular forward motion and rotary motion around its axis. Screening is attached to housing with rigid ties. Oscillator made in the form of debalance is placed between housing and screening. Vertical slot shaft leans against mechanism for regulating the gap between disks rigidly fixed on screening. Mechanism for regulating the gap can be made as hoist. Device is used for meal and cereal production. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency, simpler design, expanded functional opportunities of device by means of ensuring grain shelling and grinding as well as sorting obtained products. |
