FIELD: medicine; surgery. SUBSTANCE: at the level of 1-2 segments of sacrum, the cortical layer is knocked off and spongy substance of bodies 3-5 of lumbar vertebras with the use of the tools in the proximal direction. Defect is widened beyond the limits of the inlet opening. Introduced into the latter are autoplastic grafts and bone pieces. The last autoplastic grafts are located in the oblique-transveral directions by engaging their ends with the edges of inlet opening. EFFECT: operation is effected without dressing and crossing the aorta branches and vena cava inferior, neurovascular fascicles of vertebra bodies without separation and displacement of musculi teres psoas major, dissection of the anterior longitudinal ligament, and without mobilization and displacement of aorta bifucation and vena cava inferior of the thoracic lymphatic duct. |
