The pressure setting device (10) has series-connected, electromagnetically actuatable valves (12) integrated into a valve block (11) and having a valve dome (18) projecting from a supporting surface (15) of the valve block and a coil (14) which can be directed towards the valve dome and fitted thereon. The coils (14) are contained in a cover (13) which can be secured to the valve block (11). In addition, the valve block (11) has a spring component (23) surrounding the valve domes (18) to secure the coils (14) axially thereto without any clearance. The shape of the spring component (23) ensures that, when prefitted, it engages with a pre-tension on the rows of outer valve domes (18) but is lifted therefrom when the coils (14) are fitted on the valve domes. The spring component (23) cannot therefore be lost in the prefitted state. The electrohydraulic pressure setting device (10) may be used in controlled-slip vehicle brake systems.
