Method for cleaning liquid container, using surge waves

The method involves the introduction of a surge stream into the dirty liquid in the container. The surge stream is formed by a liq. stream applied to the dirty water. The surge wave stream is generated by air pulses introduced into the cleaning water stream. Pref. a mixt. of dirty water and pressurised air is used, assisted by a jet pan, with the air feed interrupted in intervals of identical positive and negative type, typically of 4 seconds duration. The process uses a jet pump for dirty water suction, and an air suction pipe with a switching valve.
