Bale elevator discharge head - has frame fitted with adjustable ribbed drums defining slot for bale

The discharge head is for a chain elevator for raising bales in a barn. It has a frame fitted to that of the conveyor, and includes two counter-rotating drums which define a discharge slot between them. The drums may be mounted one above the other the spacing between them being adjustable. Each drum may be fitted with axial pick-up ribs. The upper end of the elevator pref. has a slotted lift plate, the latter extending above the upper end of the chain run.
