The implement consists of a handle (1) and a brush body (3). The handle is rod-shaped and contains a flexible section above the brush body which is swivelable under an axial frame onto the handle and automatically resettable. The flexible handle section is formed by a flexible fin (2) of smaller cross-section w.r.t. handle rod-shaped section. The fin lower end is inserted in the brush body, while its top end is fastened to the rod-shaped handle section.
