The device is a combined appts. to provide a stimulation current and perform physiological measurement using biofeedback principles. A clock source, selector switch and control unit are combined with a control unit for selecting the operating mode. The switch select an electromyogram, biosignal mode or stimulation transmitting mode or combination. Two electrodes (1,2) and a ring reference electrode (3) are used. The electrodes wrap around the shaft (27) extending to the base (28) of the device.
